Our Cleaning and Support Services qualifications are for anyone who works as a cleaner, cleaning supervisor or is wishing to embark on a career with the Cleaning and Support Services industry.

The optional units which can be attached to our range of qualifications allows learners to gain some specialist skills including cleaning soft floors and furnishings or in confined spaces, whilst some of the qualifications can also contribute to part of the Cleaning and Support Services apprenticeships.

Alternatively, our Level 3 Diploma allows learners to ascertain skills in supervising, risk assessment, solving customer service problems, training staff and performance management to boost their set of skills with the industry sector along with potentially improving their status within the sector.
