This qualification forms part of the Intermediate Business Administration apprenticeship.

This qualification is designed to develop knowledge of coaching and mentoring principles and practice. This will support learners in further developing their understanding of the impact of coaching on performance in a contextualised environment.

The purpose of the qualification is to develop learners’ knowledge and skills relating areas of management to enable them to progress their career. The qualification is also suitable for those who are undertaking the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship, the assessment plan for which strongly recommends the achievement of a relevant Level 3 Diploma. 

Designed for learners working in a wide variety of business administrative roles such as: administration executives/officers, administration team leaders, personal assistants and secretaries, including legal or medical secretaries. This qualification forms part of the higher level apprenticeship in business administration.

Learners working as first line managers, section managers, assistant managers, trainee managers, senior supervisors, junior non- commissioned officers (armed forces) or other management positions. This qualification forms part of the level 3 apprenticeship in management.

Designed for learners who work in a wide range of senior business administration roles and wish to develop the knowledge and underpinning principles required to manage complex administrative processes and lead administration teams. Other areas covered by the qualification include customer handling, communication and strategic planning.

To give learners the opportunity to develop knowledge, understanding and skills related to a range of management areas including: businesses types and functions, developing marketing plans,
human resource management, the role of a leader and the functions of a manager, management accounting, project management principles, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Designed for learners looking to develop their knowledge and understanding of areas of management and leadership including building productive working relationships, managing personal and professional development, human resource planning, recruitment and selection and project management. This qualification forms part of the level 4 apprenticeship in management.

The  purpose  of  the  qualification  is  to  develop  learners’  knowledge,  understanding  and  skills relevant  to  working  in  the  film  making  sector.  Learners  will  write,  direct,  produce,  shoot  and edit  a  group  MOS  film  and  a  Promotional  Video.  The  qualification  highlights  professional etiquette to facilitate successful  and effective  overall  crew performance.

Designed for learners who work in a variety of senior business administration roles and wish to develop administration skills, customer-handling skills, technical and practical skills, and oral communication skills when working in the administrative management environment.

Learners wishing to develop the skills required to be successful in a variety of management and leadership roles. Learners can choose to complete optional units relevant to their experience or job role to tailor the qualification and their learning. This qualification forms part of the level 4 apprenticeship in management.

Designed for learners working in high level managerial positions with responsibilities for managing projects, resources, teams and budgets. This qualification forms part of the level 5 apprenticeship in management.

The Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring is an ideal qualification for managers with significant responsibility for coaching and mentoring as part of their day-to-day role. It is designed to develop learners planning to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach and mentor.

The purpose of the qualification is to develop learners’ knowledge and skills relating to areas of management to enable them to progress their career. The qualification is also suitable for those who are undertaking the Level 5 Operational/Departmental Manager apprenticeship, the assessment plan for which strongly recommends the achievement of a relevant Level 5 Diploma. 

To develop learners' knowledge, understanding and skills related to a range of management areas including teamwork, project management, independent research, international marketing and managing innovation and change.

Designed for learners who wish to complete a knowledge qualification and are most likely employed as a middle manager (although this isn't essential). Learners could also progress to higher education to undertake business related or other qualifications, including degrees in areas such as business, business management, and business administration.

The  purpose  of  the  qualification  is  to  develop  learners’  knowledge,  understanding  and  skills relevant  to  working  in  the  film  making  sector  including  Screenwriting,  Pre-  Production, Production  and  Editing  writing,  producing  and  directing.  Learners  will  write,  direct,  produce, shoot  and  edit  a  Promotional  Video  MOS  film,  Sync-Dialogue  Film,  Documentary,  Music  Video, Commercial   Video, TV Show and Webisode. The  qualification  highlights  professional  etiquette to facilitate successful  and effective  overall  crew performance.

The qualification is suitable for Learners if you they are already employed in a management role as it requires assessment of work competence. The purpose of the qualification is to develop your skills and competence if you are a middle manager to enable you to lead and manage individuals and teams, develop strategic plans and manage strategic change.

Designed for learners in work or wishing to enter work in the accounting and finance sector. This qualification is a high level qualification and best suited to learners with undergraduate level qualifications in accounting and finance, or experienced accountants.

This Level 6 diploma is designed for learners working in high-level managerial positions with responsibilities including strategic planning for business, financial management, accounting, leadership in organisations and managing operations. 

To develop the learner's knowledge and skills in order to prepare them for a role in the accounting sector. The qualification will include a programme that is academically challenging that will encourage learners to critically evaluate current academic concepts, theories and research to address to address key issues in Accounting and Finance.
