Training Qualifications UK have approved ENOROS Consulting to certificate TQUK-endorsed provisions in AKMI EDUCATIONAL GROUP (IEK AKMI, AKMI METROPOLITAN COLLEGE). Traineeships are a government-run initiative to encourage businesses to employ 16-24 year olds with the aim to help them as they move on to work or apprenticeships. Described on the website for Traineeships as "an education and training programme with work experience that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core are work preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high quality work experience placement." The plans have been received positively by many large corporations including Virgin and BT who have already engaged in the programme.
