National Apprenticeship Week runs from March 14th -18th and marks a nationwide celebration of the brilliant opportunities and advantages which individuals and businesses can benefit from, no matter which industry sector you’re from.

The new TQUK First Aid Manuals have been tweaked in line with the Resus Council (UK) 2015 Guidelines which are to be implemented by organisations by January 2017. The manuals have been designed and updated to complement the Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (QCF) and Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (QCF) qualifications, two regulated qualifications offered by Training Qualifications UK but are equally suitable for unregulated courses.

Both Awarding Organisations and other providers of First Aid Manuals have an obligation to ensure that the training materials associated with the delivery of its “EFAW” and “FAW” qualifications are in line with guidance issued by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

As with First Aid and Food Safety qualifications, TQUK Fire Safety manuals will be free with any of the TQUK Fire Safety qualifications but will be available to purchase separately.
