New Qualifications
We're proud to introduce the following qualifications for delivery:
TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Developing Personal Skills for Employment (RQF)
The purpose of this qualifications is to introduce learners to a wide range of skills which will support them when seeking employment and once they are employed. A wide range of options are available so that the content can be tailored to the needs of individual learners.
TQUK Level 2 Diploma in Developing Personal Skills for Employment (RQF)
The purpose of this qualification is to introduce learners to a wide range of skills which will support them when seeking employment and once they are employed. A wide range of options are available so that the content can be tailored to the needs of individual learners.
TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service (RQF)
The purpose of this qualification is to develop learners' knowledge and understanding of customer service as part of a preparation for or introduction to working in a job role which includes interacting with customers.
